Open-Loop System:
The open-loop system is mainly composed of sea water pump, scrubber, flue gas analyzer and water quality analyzer. In the open loop system, the desulfurizing agent is seawater. In the treatment process, the alkalinity of the seawater is used to fully absorb the sulfur dioxide in the exhaust gas and convert it into sulfite. The alkaline ions such as bicarbonate and carbonate in the seawater react with the hydrogen ions generated during the absorption of sulfur dioxide to neutralize the seawater.
Closed-loop system:
The closed-loop system is mainly composed of sea water pump, scrubber, flue gas analyzer, water quality analyzer, alkali supply unit and water treatment unit. In the closed-loop system, sodium hydroxide is added as an additive to the circulating water tank to balance the pH of the washing water during the circulating spray process and ensure the desulfurization efficiency. The cleaned flue gas enters the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe, and the washing water enters the circulation cabinet and is used again after adding sodium hydroxide. Part of the washing water is drawn from the circulation cabinet and enters the water treatment unit. After the treatment reaches the discharge standard, it enters the storage tank, and the separated sludge is stored in the sludge tank.
Core component: Scrubber
The Scrubber is independently developed by Qingdao Sunrui and is divided into U-type tower and I-type tower. The bottom of the tower body can be made of titanium, which is hardly corroded. The U-type tower can be selected as a packed tower or an empty tower spray, and the I-type tower is an empty tower spray. The spray type of the empty tower can realize the dry burning function, without the need to set up exhaust gas bypass pipes and valves.
